Centaur and Winter Storms

Yesterday, while I was meditating, a man appeared to me and started talking with me. I could only see his enormous head, full of curly black hair at first.Then after a while, he let go of the veil he was using to hide the rest of himself, and I could see he was part animal. I asked him what he was and he said he was a centaur. I looked it up on Wikipedia later, because I didn't know what a centaur was.
I was mildly surprised as I have never seen a 'mythical' creature in a meditation. I asked several times if he was a being of light, and to show me his Christed light, just to make sure he was from the light. He was.
I remember thinking that I should grab my notebook and write down what we were speaking of, but I didn't want to break the flow. As it turns out, I went into a really deep state before I came out of my meditation and I lost everything but the vague memory of what he looked like, that we hugged, and his name, which I hesitate to try and spell.
I asked him if he wanted anything from me, and he said no. I asked him if he was a guide, or if he came to offer something to me, and he said just friendship, if I was willing. That was when we hugged, and I think that must be when some very powerful energy came in because I don't remember anything else until one of my kids made a loud sound. I also vaguely remember Mother Mary being present during the deep energy part, but I don't know what she was doing or if she said anything. I just remember thinking, "Mother Mary and a centaur, hmm? Really? Wow!" lmao
Anyone know what centaurs represent?
Then this morning, when I woke up, I remembered having several dreams about 'the worst winter storm ever'. I don't know about that- the weather here has been much warmer than usual. But maybe it wasn't about here. Who knows. Could just be dream garbage.
I've suddenly been dreaming a lot. I think this is good because it means I am actually getting restful sleep. Yay! :)

Chiron, the centaur, is a creature both animal and human, combining the dark, natural, instinctive parts with the rational. Hello sweetheart. Yes, the centaur can be a power animal for you, teaching you many things on your present path. If he is a power animal, he will more than likely work with you throughout your lifetime, if you connect with him and give gratitude for his help.
An animal spirit guide will work with you in your present situation, but may leave, or come back when you request his help. You will have many animal spirit guides in your lifetime, calling your attention and giving you guidance and protection, as well as healing, but they don't stay with you for any given length of time like a power animal does. That is the difference between guides and power animals. Either way, Centaur is definitely here with you, so meditate on his guidance and give him lots of love.

Chiron in your chart tells you where your abilities are as a healer… Also Centaurs are connected with Sagitarrius-which is the energy which is prominent in the Universe right now…
The storms of life are always around us-and centaurs definately come in handy in guiding us… all that passion of moving in the forward direction-towards our highest and greatest good…

Can you tell me more about what this means?
The chart I was referring to is your birth chart or natal chart… Dana is right on about what Chiron represents and in the natal chart Chiron will be linked to another astrological sign-for example I have Chiron in Pisces conjunct Saturn in Pisces-which is very intense and unusual-there is only a 2 year period where this occurs… I would have to get out my astrology reports to be more specific on what this means in my chart-in order to find out more about Chiron in your chart you could go to astro .com and input your birth data and it will show you where Chiron lands-then Martin Lass has some great info at his site-he is a Chiron expert so to speak. Sorry i don't have the links-but you can get them through google very easily…I also know that astrology is not so much your thing-so if you choose not to look any further-no offense taken on my part…
I think astrology is fascinating - I just know almost nothing about it.
Apparently Chiron is in Aries on my chart, but I don't know what that means either. I guess I have some studying to do!

OOPs! Mea culpa-I am glad to answer any questions you have… Is the snow blowing in your hometown too?-I was just reading about the storm in Colorado and how it is affecting some of Kansas too..
I saw where Joey has an intensive in KC in May-I am setting my intentions to be there…
Thanks! We have rain here. We are on the east end of Kansas. I'd like to get that snow for Christmas, but the forecast says no. We shall see!
